I had the opportunity to eat in the Surar for 2 days. The menu has a lot of interesting options, starting with the value of local Ingredients, pescados. There are plenty of options which celebrate the Catalonian cuisine, such as the crema catala. There are also classics of the Spanish cuisine such as the fideua and the croquetes de jamon. The squid in bocadillos has the tasty caramelized flavor of fire. I loved it I also had the opportunity to interview the chef and ask more about the menu planning.
