Sure Shot Coffee Co.

I wanted to like this place, but service was lacking. We were the only customers inside when we ordered. My husband got his drink fairly quickly, but several guests came and went and my drink was still nowhere to be seen. The baristas in the back were just hanging out and seemed rather apathetic when I mentioned I hadn't received my drink after ordering nearly 15min prior. Turns out they had forgotten/lost my order. No apology. Very cute shop on first impression, but left feeling like an inconvenience.

I come here often and the coffee is great! Consistent and I have never had a coffee here that I didn’t like. Unfortunately, I keep hoping the service will get better but every time I come through I am met with unfriendly and honestly very rude behavior from the employee at the window. Is it that hard to be kind to your paying customers? I have waited to write this review to see if maybe it was just a bad morning or two but this seems to be a consistent thing here.

I got a coffee cake muffin and we took it to go. When we bit into it, there was a strong taste and smell of solvent. I have no idea what it was, but no one answered the phone when we tried to call and tell them. We had to throw it out.

Service was great and quick and the coffee was absolutely amazing! Mine and my boyfriend’s drinks both came out delicious! Will 100% be back when we are in the area! Réservez une table maintenant

Iced latte and bagel were perfection. Love the ambiance and athletic too. Prices were decent. Fast service. Would love to stop again!

Delicious espresso beans at this place—it's refreshing to enjoy a coffee that isn't overly bitter! Plus, the prices are fantastic!
