Second visit to Burger and Lobster at Genting Highland. Waited for nearly 45mins before reaching our turn. We were ushered to our seats and was asked to scan the QR code on the table to view the menu. I noticed that some of the price for foods on the menu were revised for around RM10-20. This visit we ordered two grilled the ordinary live lobsters, seven samurai sandwich and the ordinary burger. Also ordered a set of chamomile tea pot. That makes up the whole bill as RM605 for 4 persons. They only accept the genting card that match the name of the credit card holder if you opt to pay with credit card. Overall the food taste drops a bit compared with past few years. Can try once in your life...
Make the most of your trip to Genting by stopping to eat at this fantastic restaurant! The service is outstanding, with staff who answered all my menu questions and provided additional items promptly, all with a smile. The chili lobster was absolutely perfect, a great choice for those who enjoy a bit of spice and flavor with their seafood. It was served with delicious buttered bread, perfect for dipping into the sauce. The lobster sandwich was equally impressive! You can truly say that all the food is of top quality and beautifully presented. I found the prices to be reasonable for lobster. Highly recommended!
Food good, service could be better. Original lobster roll was delicious. But they ran out of milkshake flavours except one by the time we got in at almost 2pm. I've only had this previously via food delivery back home, so having it fresh was much better. But the wait for a table was unnecessarily long as they didn't have enough staff to open up an empty section in the restaurant. Took a while for them to clear available tables too... Go there if you have serious cravings for a good lobster roll, but be prepared to spare approx. 1.5hrs of your precious time in Genting for this.
I visited the restaurant in May 2022 on a weekday for dinner. There was a line, but it was manageable, and we waited about 10 minutes. We ordered the lobster and a dish with the bungalow. The lobster was slightly chewy but had a sweet flavor. The Hollandaise sauce had a wonderful texture and just the right level of acidity. I loved the fries; they were perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The salad was fairly ordinary. The ambiance was fantastic, with plenty of space. The service was excellent—very helpful and quick.

For the ball roll, I would give it a 5/5. I absolutely loved it! The fluffy baked bread was generously filled with flavorful lobster, and they definitely didn’t skimp on the portion.
As for the steamed whole lobster, I’d rate it a 4/5. The lobsters were a good size, and the body was enjoyable to chew. The clam was actually the highlight of the dish for me!
We also had a nice side salad and some skinny fries. They were decent, not exceptional, but they complemented the meal well.
Would I go back? Absolutely!
The burger and lobster lived here until his name. Visited early June. Although it was a weekday, we've quenched for 45 minutes for a seat. Waiting time for food is fast. A burger (THE ORIGINAL), a lobster (THE ORIGINAL) and a lobster roll (SEVEN SAMURAI). The burger is okay. The lobster is fresh, also tastes good. Price is at a high end, accounts approximately RM400. It's worth it. Good food, good service. I'd like to try her chili lobster on my next visit.
I have waited for couple hours to get in the restaurant. I would suggest you should come after 3PM or avoid peak hours. Anyway, the food is worth to wait. Grilled lobster is the best. Really love their gravy. The food served faster than I expect and big portions. You’ll love it. You don’t need to worry that the food will split on your clothes coz they will provide you apron.
