I had some bad experiences with badly made vegan sushi in the past and convinced myself that I don't like sushi and salad have changed this opinion! Absolutely delicious gluten-free ‘Vegan Montag’ Uramaki rolls, treated with allergens with great care and correctly explains modifications. felt really well respected, instead of the usual experience of feeling as if I were disturbing employees through the diet requirements. In any case will be back and cannot recommend enough!

For the first time I was in Ely for dinner and took a while to decide the selection! Significantly put so much care in vegan options as not vegan
