Attention Sushi California Owners and managers,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent interaction with your restaurant’s staff and manager at Lougheed location. Today I ordered takeout from your restaurant and unfortunately did not receive a sauce that was supposed to be included in my order.When I called to inform your staff about the missing sauce, the lady on the phone asked if there was anything that could be done to improve my meal. Still one of my favorite sushi restaurant in Metro Vancouver. Quality and portion still decent. Always love their delicious sushi roll, spicy sashimi, and tempura. Comfortable seating and service went well. Highly recommended to try this restaurant.

I came here for dinner with my family. We ordered everything from sushi, rolls to tonkatsu. The food came fast and everything tasted great. Prices was reasonable and service was quick and everyone was polite. Thank you ?

Every single time I eat here I'm blown away by how good it is. Pickup/Dine in both the same. My favourite here is definitely the Alaska roll but everything else I've tried has been really good as well.

The front of house staff is sweet and attentive. The food presentation is impressive. The rolls look pretty. The taste is okay. Taste is typical and nothing to shout about.
