Unassuming high quality sushi hidden in a Walled Lake strip mall. I have eaten here twice and both times was amazed at the skill placed in the sushi rolls and nigiri. Rice was fresh and the texture and sweetness was perfect. Fish was fresh and well selected. I will definitely be coming back every time I am in Walled Lake. I can't even comment on the food because I never received any. We sat there for 45 minutes before being told they were preparing our food. I walked out 10 minutes later when they said they're just preparing it, then. If you want to sit here for 2 hours having a conversation before getting dinner, then this is your place! Sushi Den is fantastic! We have been dining here for the last three years. Their quality is top-notch, service is fast and consistent, and the prices are excellent. It is our favorite sushi spot. Our go-to rolls are the Philadelphia, rainbow, tuna, salmon, and yellowtail with green onion.
