Sushi Galbi - Réserver une table

My first time at Sushi Galbi was great. I came to dinner service on a Thursday night and ordered the chirashi bowl, shrimp tempura hand roll, Market roll, and salmon skin hand roll. The chirashi bowl was such a great deal for the amount and variety of sashimi you get. The best bites were the bluefin toro sashimi, salmon belly sashimi, and salmon skin hand roll. Omg the salmon skin was sooooo crunchy and they gave you a lot of salmon skin. I thought the price was worth the quality of the fish.The service was also great. My party of 2 was greeted immediately and seated within a minute or so. Our server also let us move tables so we weren 't by the draft let in by the door. The servers gave great recommendations and were very nice. This place is great for friends, family, and solo diners. Thee portions are pretty big but who doesn 't love leftovers ¯ (ツ) ¯

Decided to try this place out after discovering its relatively high ratings. We opted for take-out for our first try as a sort of scouting the place before committing to a sit down/dine in experience.A quick impression? Dining area was casual lower end lighting. Parking was easy for a quick pick up, but I could see it filling up quick.Ordered 5 rolls, that came out to just over $50 before tip. So, $10/roll average? Everything was fresh. Hot rolls hot, cold rolls cold.Overall good experience. On that note only 4-stars due to an incomplete experience, not because of any negative experience. Would go back to try a complete dine-in experience. ?

My husbands friend recommended this place so we decided to give it a try . Immediately NO! Place looks like it's still under construction or like it used to be a seafood place mine you this place has been opened for a while now.It's dark and musty inside and the food is awful. We couldn't even finish it. Service was fine . We did have to keep waving to get the servers attention even though they only had 2 tables in the whole restaurant mid lunch time.

Great sushi bar! Has very affordable and quality sushi. Everything I have been I usually try a new roll and am always having a pleasant time. They serve foreign drinks and have a wide variety of items to choose from. Speedy service not much more you can ask for!Food: 5/5

Delicious food for such a good price. With rising prices everywhere, it's nice to find a decently affordable place with great quality food. They also have $2 sake bombs, such a good deal! The service was very quick and the servers were kind. Definitely underrated!
