Sushi Haus - Réserver une table

I have been to this Sushi bar since it opened on many occasions although the sushi is good across the board it keeps missing the target for silly reasons. Staff are pleasant the chef clearly knows how to make sushi but the venue borders on grubby, this visit (although getting a take away) I asked if I could use the Wc while waiting. The toilet facility in this place just doesn’t improve and it doesn’t bare thinking about that this is the only toilet for staff customers. We came once and the wc wasn’t working but they were still open! This time no towels except 2 that were dirty wet on the floor. I have mentioned this to them before. I get my take away get home to find no Wasabi. It’s so annoying. I call them in response to this the women who served me laughs down the phone. I said that it’s not a laughing matter she said she will give me double Wasabi next time!! That’s not going to work for me I’m afraid. Hygiene, customer relations a big zero. Sushi good but not improving with this last effort I give up. I will save my sushi experiences for Cottonopolis which I think has the best Sushi in Manchester. It’s a big shame because I really hoped this place would get better.

The food is amazing but honestly the service from the man that works on your front of house counter is absolutely horrific. He is rude, arrogant and has no customer services skills whatsoever. He clearly can't own the restaurant because he doesn't seem to value customer service at all. We eat from here a lot after a recommendation by a friend and to be treated so awfully the first time we walked into the actual restaurant is awful. Such a shame that you serve such amazing food and it has been totally ruined by an arrogant and rude member of staff. He could really do with learning some manners and how to treat people with a little bit of kindness.

Have used for approx 3 years. Used to be good. Delivery has been getting later and later and now cancelled 20 mins after latest delivery time almost 2 hours after confirming the order. All blamed on Uber and no responsibility taken. Just not interested when I called them and that is the way it has been going the last few times. I would recommend you go to one of the many other places in Marple where people care about service.

Excellent food I could of ate it three times over, quality salmon and tuna, loved it.
