I've been visiting this restaurant since it opened in the 90s, and it has always been my favorite spot for sushi. However, I've noticed a trend lately: when they get busy, particularly with takeout orders, both the food and service decline. Takeout seems to be prioritized over dine-in customers, which affects the freshness and quality of the fish. On my most recent visit, they had run out of tuna, which was disappointing—especially since I could have just gone to Whole Foods for good tuna. If you decide to visit, I recommend going on an early weekday. On Fridays and weekends, it's not worth it; the quality drops to the level of gas station sushi, and the once-friendly service disappears.
I just checked into my hotel and noticed a sushi restaurant nearby that I hadn't tried in a while. I decided to stop in for some sashimi, and I’m glad I did! The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Since I arrived around 4 PM, I had the whole restaurant to myself, which made for a nice, quiet dinner. I’ll definitely be returning; the waitress was polite and friendly, and the service was excellent.
Have been here before and was very good, but today it was not as good as last time. Not impressed at all. There were four of us and everyone got there food except me. Everyone was almost done before i finall received my food. I only ordered sushi and nothing special or needed to be cooked. The food was just ok and very pricey for what we got. Don't think i will be going back anytime soon
I only ever get the vegetarian sushi, tamago, sweet potato roll, tofu rolls etc. all have been delicious. Also a quaint place to eat in at. Vegetarian options: Tamago, tofu, sweet potato and other vegetable sushi

This place is a gem! Quality food, great prices and warm service. Sake was great but they should expand the list a bit more so there is more variety. Make sure you add Kubota Junmai Daiginjo to the list ;
I absolutely love the boiled Alaskan sushi and the salmon dinner. The service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is fantastic, making it a perfect place for dining in.
Today I visited this place with family. It is a very peaceful, calm, and beautiful place. Very recommend visiting!
$4.00 for a tiny piece of mediocre salmon sashimi…overpriced. Alaskan roll and gyoza were very subpar.
