I did a reservation in Open Table 2:45. When I got there after driving 45 min with my family they said that it can’t be possible since they close at 3pm. The manager came in just to say apologize for the inconvenience, she didn’t offer a discount and anything for next time as a way of attention. I told her that I would give a one star review and she couldn’t care less. No coming back here ever. The sushi is not great anyway is just was the closer option from home
Always the best! The staff always welcomes us with a smile! Beautiful Julie the owner always visits each table to say hello. The variety of the menu is perfect. The food is excellent. I highly recommend the miso soup, the yellowtail jalapeño, and the crispy rice appetizers. As for rolls, I love the Innocent Roll, and the eel avocado hand roll. My husband always gets a variety of sushi which is always excellent. Reservations are suggested Ryujin gets very busy!
We went on a Tuesday evening for dinner, which is much better than the weekend. It was less crowded and we received better service. They always ask you if you have a reservation. Tables are limited here, as it is not a large space. All the food is great, salmon sashimi excellent. Salmon teriyaki dinner is excellent. Probably best sushi in the area.
Ryujin is my all-time favorite sushi restaurant. The quality of the fish, the preparation, and the execution are all impeccable. I’m still exploring the menu, but so far, everything has been excellent. The ambiance is pleasant and cozy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, always with smiles on their faces. Good experience as usual. Crowded as usual. Miso ramen was eh. Broth was OK. Its been better. Ju toro was very good and the fish quality was very good as usual. I usually have a good time here. The service is very good. They are always busy. Go early if you want faster service and food.
