If you're looking rolls and weird sauces this isn't for you. If you want to go for an experience that will blow your mind, Sushi Iki is the spot. Chef Eddie is a master and this will be the best authentic sushi you will eat in LA PERIOD. This is an experience you will never forget. I've been going for 16 years, and every time I go the same thing happens, I think how could this be so much better than any other place I've been. How is the fish so much better? It's Chef Eddie and his passion for the art of sushi. I know passion gets thrown out there but this man has been doing this for over 6 decades!! He is a master, he hand picks his fish. He carves out his own Uni, he makes every meal. Magic...

I don 't think he realized who I was when we walked in looking homeless they didn 't even want to seat us telling us other sushi spots next door lol to be a top foodie in LA I highly do not recommend... you are paying $100 per person for basic fish , tuna, salmon, yellowtail lol 6 pieces and some sashimi was over $100 per person... the best piece was an average piece of toro not even o toro... must be nice to be praised by the media save yourself the embarrassment and go to GO 's Mart where you will at least get top grade imported sushi and not the grocery store level that we received last night like look how big and basic the fish is in their omakase

A must do if you're in the area. An absolute intimate experience with Chef Eddie and his lovely wife. Took my mom for her birthday and we both had the best time. The uni and ikura were some of the finest I have ever had indeed this place reminded me what good ikura actually tastes like. If you can afford the higher tier do it.

What a hidden gem! Eddie ricks! Private chef experience, prices not cheap, but size of sushi definitely huge. Eddie is super sweet and love what he is doing. Every 4 months different types of fish,all seasonable, homemade desserts are nice to end the meal. We are fans . Try this spot. Réservez une table maintenant

Parking is convenient with free options available at the strip mall or in the garage behind the restaurant. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with no steps at the entrance and spacious table settings. The bathroom is also equipped for accessibility.

Overall, my experience was very good, but I felt that the dishes were designed in a way that took away some of the focus from the sushi. It seemed a bit Americanized to me.

Quite simply, The best,. Period. I was lucky enough years ago to stumble across Iki and that was it. Amazing food and the chef Eddie Made the experience that much better.

Best sushi outside Japan. Eddie is great . He makes your evening exceptional. Every single piece is excellent
