Sushi Joy Japanese Take Away Restaurant

I always enjoy dropping into Sushi Joy in the evening and having a Bento Box or the like, before doing our weekly grocery shopping at Woolworths at Northbridge. My wife is Japanese and loves sushi, so I know she will be interested in eating dinner here. She ordered a small sushi meal and and a bowl of Miso soup and I chose a medium size tempura meal with a bowl of Miso soup and a bowl of rice. We drank tap water. The meals meet expectation and are quite filling. The menu contains a lot of Australianised meals including eel, beef and chicken 'teriyaki ' which I sometimes buy, but my wife always has sushi. We have been huge fans of this restaurant for years. The prices are very affordable and the sushi and sashimi are delicious. A must-try is their bento boxes. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

This Japanese restaurant may be small, but it is incredibly friendly and serves delicious food. The prices are reasonable and everything is always freshly made for you. While there may be a wait during busy times, it is definitely worth it.

This place never disappoints. Its only a small place but take away is fairly quick. Its a bit of institution for the locals and there is a reason for that. Good quality sushi and sashimi for decent prices!

Everything was perfect about this restaurant except the atmosphere this is probably one of the best restaurants ever.
