We thought they have good reviews and decided to try. However, if I am in my twenty’s I would give them a slight better review. After trying out lots of different foods in different price point, I don’t think they are worth 4 stars.First of all they sushi we order are very well cooked, I don’t except my salmon on top of the roll are fully cooked. Is that tailored to Chinese that just arrived the US or never eaten raw food before.Second, We told the waitress we don’t want all you can eat sushi, that they put a lot of rice on. Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I have gone to tons of different all you can eat sushi places! I also used to cook for a living and did a bit of time working in one. That said this place is truly a gem! Their menu for all you can eat is very extensive with options catering to all tastes and diets, most impressive were all the sweet and savory specialty roll options incorporating fruit! I see alot of menus with these but not this many! The entire staff seem to be people of good character who take pride in their work which shows through the entire dining experience! This is going to be the go to spot here on out! Telling all my friends to try it if I could give you guys 100 stars on here...
This place is actually pretty solid. It's an all you can eat sushi place that has a whole variety of options to eat from. I loved the variety, and actually the appetizers were really good.My issue for not giving a full 5 stars came down to the sushi though. The rolls were actually phenomenal, but the problem I had was with the rice. The rice didn't taste like sushi rice, but instead rice you would use for various dishes.Staff were friendly, but the sushi did take a bit of time to arrive despite not too many people being around.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: Plenty of parking
We visited this restaurant for the first time two years ago and were extremely impressed by the delicious taste and high quality of the food. We enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered. We returned later for the all-you-can-eat option, but were disappointed to find that the quality had significantly decreased since our first visit. We decided to give it another chance recently, but unfortunately it seems that the restaurant's quality is still declining. The shrimp tempura was limp and not crispy, covered in bread crumbs which is not the proper way to cook it.

Ordered take out for the first time last night and can’t wait to return! Fresh fish prepared by talented and loving hands. We work nearby and are excited to have found a new gem you owe it to yourself to visit!! See you guys soon.
It looked pretty clean inside. We waited quite a while for our food though. At least it was pretty delicious. The fried rice tasted pretty clean, it was good. And the nuggets were pretty amazing as well as the soft shell crab.
I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was extremely impressed by the food. The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5.
This was our first time at Sushi Nova. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and pleasant. The sushi tasted great and the presentation was attractive.
