Ambience and food were excellent. All people were very pleasant- lovely, welcoming, kind but there was concern that we ordered Sake and water well before requesting food. Server came to table to request food order...still no sake or water. We ordered starters. Server visited table third time to serve us water, still no Sake. Fourth visit our delicious starter- lobster (breaded, fried, in a wonderful sauce) came and server shared our Sake would be right out. We finished our lobster and received a tuna roll before ever getting our drink. This confused us as it wasn't even a specialty cocktail that needed mixing. we loved rokkan but this last experience was bad, long wait, service slow and we had a birthday celebration which we added to the reservation but nothing was done. disappointed with the experience
