The sushi tasted great. The waitress or someone else overheard my partner and I talking about a nigiri roll we wanted to try and we ended up choosing a specialty roll, but they happened to bring out samples of that other roll which was very nice of them. At the end they also gave us sample slices of dessert, a delicious cheesecake for both of us to share. We were also given a discount as it was our first time in the restaurant. Obviously we can’t guarantee that this will happen for anyone, but as our first taste of sushi in Maryland it was delicious. Even without these surprising gestures the cost was well worth the taste.
Unfortunately this restaurant is NOT KOSHER under the new management. Please beware. I came from out of town and there was no signage indicating the change, and no one said anything to me. It was only when I saw shrimp and eel on the menu, did I realize that something is going on. I confirmed with the Vaad Hakashrus that this is now a treife restaurant.
My wife and I have been there a number of times now that their selection has expanded (no longer only kosher sushi). Awesome food, friendly and professional service, and reasonable prices. We're so glad to have an excellent sushi place in our neighborhood!
I just went for the first time and it was great! The staff was very nice and attentive and food was delicious! And the presentation (I dined in) was great. Definitely going to go here again!

Had the Mexican roll and the green bowl. Both were really good. Pretty exceptional! The presentation was beautiful as well. Glad this place is here!
