LE RESTO EST BIEN TENU ET PROPRE. DOMMAGE QUE CE SOIT LE SEUL SUSHISHOP QUI NE REPRENDS PAS LES COMMANDES PAR TÉLÉPHONE DEPUIS LA REPRISE POST COVID-19. CE QUI FAIT EN SORTE QU'ON DOIT PLACER UNE COMMANDE PAR INTERNET ET ATTENDRE TRÈS TRÈS LONGTEMPS AVANT DE VENIR LA CHERCHER.MAINTENANT JE FAIS UN LÉGER DÉTOUR POUR ALLER À UN AUTRE SUSHISHOP OU BIEN JE COMMANDE DANS UN AUTRE RESTO DE SUSHI À TERREBONNE AFIN DE NE PAS ATTENDRE DES HEURES AVANT DE POUVOIR VENIR CHERCHER MA COMMANDE.JE PROMETS DE REDEVENIR CLIENT S'ILS REMETTENT EN PLACE LES COMMANDES TÉLÉPHONIQUE, CAR ON APPEL CELA UN SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE ET JE ME SENS MOIN TRAITER COMME UN NUMÉRO QUI DOIT ATTENDRE LORSQUE LE RESTO EST PRÊT...

I told myself that I would give sushi shop one last chance (despite my bad experience at the one in vimont in Laval) I went to bois des fillions and thank you to the friendly gentleman who served us, my order was ready at the hour that I had ordered the gentleman was courteous and the sushi looked good and complete not as in Vimont that the presentation was to be desired. If I go back it's sure to be wood fillions ? Good job!

I ordered Combo L and other sushi for my takeout order, the gentleman on the phone misunderstood and prepared me combo L and combo N in addition to my other sushi. Went to the counter to pick up my order, I mentioned that I had only ordered the combo L and not the N. Although he had already prepared it, he simply took it off my bill. Great service and thanks again! :

J'ai commandé en ligne et j'ai rammassé sur place. Le monsieur m'a donné la commande sans rien mentionner. En retournant chez moi je constate que la commande manque la sauce soya et les baguettes pour les sushis, rien de plus frustrant. Pour une commande à 35$ je m'attends à un peu mieux. Première et dernière fois que je commande ici. Réservez une table maintenant

I never been to a Sushi Shop where there was only one staff member making sushi. I usually order fresh rolls since I have a specific choice when I go to a Sushi Shop. I was advised that there was a 2 HOUR wait. He was well behind on all his orders, and the "To Go" fridge was empty. I had to leave the restaurant with no food.

I tried the veggie poke bowl at this restaurant and it was quite different from what I've had at other sushi places, but not in a good way. It was just okay, and the sushi overall did not meet the standards of other restaurants.

Great place! Always well served, the portions are perfect and the customer service is fantastic. I have rarely had such a great experience at a sushi shop!

I got there because it is close to my house. The sushis are on the smaller side, but the staff is nice. The Rosemère branch is better. Réservez une table maintenant
