I ordered two Poke Bowls over the phone. When I got home (after a 12-minute drive), I realized that one of the items was incorrect - it had wilted salad and a messy presentation. I went back to the restaurant (another 25-minute drive) to exchange it, and was told there was a misunderstanding when they took my order and prepared the wrong Poke Bowl. There were no apologies, excuses, or even a refund for the difference between what I ordered and what I ended up with. This experience reflects poorly on the Sushi Shop chain and their customer service.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed the burritos. They are so delicious that I want to keep coming back for more. When I am craving sushi to go, Sushi Shop is my go-to place. It is clean, fast, and the sushi is always delicious and fresh. They constantly have new items to try, such as the spicy tuna burritos which I absolutely loved. I can't get enough of their food!

The last couple of trips have been a bit of a letdown when it comes to the prepared meals. The prices are now on par with any Lebanese shawarma place.

I decided to visit this restaurant after hearing my colleagues rave about it as their go-to spot.
