They prioritize customers that call to come pick-up. Last week, I waited in line for 10 minutes until the girl at the front finally acknowledged me. She kept on answering calls when I was right in front of her ready to order... Tonight my boyfriend and I walked 20 minutes to go eat there. Once we got there there were only 2 other customers waiting for their order to be ready. We order and the girl at the front tells us that there is a one hour wait !? we had only ordered 2 pokebowls ... OK, I'll admit I'm a bit of a sushi addict. I discovered the Sushi Shop franchise (also tried a couple downtown Montreal). They offer both regularly made throughout the day pre-packaged combos which you can grab and pay for as well as a fairly decent menu of both traditional sushi (nigiri and maki) & sashimi as well as a number of innovation: sushi pizza, sushi ball, hako and a few soups and other veggie options. Service is always prompt and courteous, prices are reasonable, especially given the high quality of ingredients and fresh real-time preparation. j'adore leur poke bowl, alors je me suis arreté a celui de saint laurent avec mon compagnon. 5 mn apres l'achat mon compagnon et servi mais pas moi (cela dit service rapide) j'attend 15 mn et je vois que les clients d'apres son servis je repars a la caisse et finalement il n'avais pas pris ma commande.... donc je recommande et paye et attend... je suis patiente.., 40 minutes plutard je n'ai toujours rien et il s'en fiche... je repars voir et ma commande n'a pas ete prise en compte par contre mon argent oui.., bref je suis partie sans manger

If you want quick sushi that doesn't compromise on taste, this location is an ideal choice. The staff is well trained and quite friendly...for a quick serve restaurant. My favourites are their Smokey and Volcano rolls, but they have a wide selection that caters to everyone's taste. I highly recommend when you're in the mood for sushi but don't have hours to spare.
Nous avions commandé à emporter, la carte paraissait superbe. Nous partons récupérer notre commande, première bouchée: poisson pas frais (saumon), odeur de produit vaisselle prononcé pour le thon... Un cauchemar, tout est parti à la poubelle. Il serait peut être temps de contrôler ce genre de "franchise"! À éviter absolument.
If you are in a rush and want to eat "something" and decide you are in a mood for sushi, this is not a bad place. All is average, the place is not attractive and compared to other places from the same chain is not necessary welcoming.
