This was my first time visiting Sushi Today. It was a cute little place! Love the umbrellas concept inside the restaurant and good service and how they tied the umbrellas into part of their rolls. I liked how they want their customers to interact with them by leaving sticky notes on sections of the restaurant and I also liked how they had small sized games like Jenga for customers to play while they are dining or waiting for their food. They would be a higher rating if they had more of a selection and more of a variety of Rolls especially if Sushi Today offered more cooked sushi rolls. Ordered the salmon pop and today Maki on doordash it was bomb. I just finished eating. Real good sushi great quality but they need to provide a lil more. It looked so good I couldn’t take before pics, just middle pics (as I’m eating) lol
I ordered veggie special sushi and red bean crepe cake. The food was tasty enough. The red bean cake was way too overpriced for the quantity and the taste. The slice was much smaller than regular cake slice and taste just average.

The food tasted great, the whole staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. They have one of Miso soup I ever tried. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some of the best sushi in town.
