today landed at 1 o'clock there to get something sushi and there were not many options there. at the time there was no one when I was served and I thought I could order a large amount of rolling to go home. they have come long ago and always had great food and service. that all changed and had only the worst customer service in a long time. Girls with glasses behind the counter was so rude and tried to hurry another customer before us and us to order quickly or otherwise she will serve the next customer. she was so rude and couldn't even understand what people wanted to order. the hunch in sushi had three pieces that were not edible. they do not offer them any more. you have to ask. the business of another customer lost. will not be back.

absolutely rude staff. never comes back. I decided and the girl said I will serve the guy behind you while you choose when I needed 2 seconds to order so rude! I asked to cut it, she rolled her eyes and I had to wait until 10 plus people were served before they even thought to cut it. I told the girl if she didn't cut it off, then I want a refund, that's the only thing she'd made to cut it up after I've been waiting for so long. they don't go here, and the sushi isn't even worth it.

Always very fresh, neatly presented and a wide selection. This has been our reliable take away sushi spot for the last few years. Another visit this morning did not fail to impress. The avocado roll, crispy chicken roll and soft shell crab roll (none today) are super. Réservez une table maintenant

Maybe I was there at the right time, early on a weekday, so the service was efficient and the sashimi was pretty great for shopping centre options. If I'm at Carousel and don't want reheated fast food, I think this will be in my regular choices.

Their Sushi is good but their Sashimi fillet tray is really good value for money!! I think it was about $11 and it had Tuna, salmon and some sort of shellfish bits that I'm not entirely sure about. I'm totally addicted to it.

Absolutely terrible service, I bought $30 worth of food and only received half plus I was given the wrong drink. This is ridiculous and I tried to call and couldn’t get through, not happy at all.

Westfield Carousel. Each time you ask for extra soy sauce, the scrooge always give you one extra.. Wish it was still Japanese owned
