Was skeptical about getting Quebecois sushi, and my gut feeling was right. We got take out with a local friend who ordered everything for the four of us. The first thing I noticed was the bar sushi, instead of rolls, one "roll" was a square bar, too large to eat the whole piece with chop sticks, needing a fork and knife to cut it, weird... Another roll was wrapped using cabbage with shanghai noodles, walnuts and strawberries. The roll tasted really good! Pretty sure those are ingredients are not used in authentic Japanese sushi tho. The salmon in the sashimi was average, was hoping for better, fresher fish. All other rolls had fresh fruit that tasted great. Overall tastes pretty good, just n...
