I was there with my daughter today around 1240-115pm. There were many people waiting so we decided to order takeaway. The lady with the short hair, spectacles n tattoo served us. First up, she did not understand when I said Tsukune meatballs. She showed us the new menu which has a different layout. I couldn't find it at first. I told her it was a fried hot food. I repeated tsukune meatballs and she asked did you mean bowl. Tsukune is a Japanese dish. Why don't you learn the menu lady? While holding the menu my fingernail was at the Karaage chicken. Very disappointed in dinner experience tonight. After long wait for table, we were seated a long away from the train which meant we had to order our meal through the iPad provided. The only thing was, many of the meals we ordered never arrived, or we were told what we had ordered was sold out. As I was sick of waiting for food, I stood up and walked over to the train, only to be told to sit down by the worker. I expressed my concern rather ‘bluntly’ that no food was arriving and that the service was slow and his answer was that “we are busy”. I found the wait here was a lot longer than other Sushi Train’s in Adelaide. Although the wait was long, the food made up for it. Staff are lovely and accommodating, greeting you at the door and always making you feel comfortable. Food was fresh and delicious and if you want to eat something that isn’t circulating on the train you can order it and they make it for you. There is even a play area for the kids in the back. If you don’t mind the wait, Welland Sushi Train is great.

My wife and I visit this place quite a lot we like it because it is always the freshest ingredients and the staff are so awesome. My only fault would be seating bit crampy as your shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you, unless you get a booth but the wait is so long for a booth sometimes.

Best sushi train in Adelaide. Their plates range accordingly from $3-$5 in price and the food is always fresh and hot (even off the train as they have such a high turnover rate). This place is always packed and their food is great.
