Sushi Train Central

Always perfect. This is one of our favorite dining spots. The unique concept of having dishes pass by every 90 seconds means you can always enjoy freshly prepared, delicious food at a great price. It's a delightful experience for lunch or dinner. If you haven't tried it yet, you must go and give it a chance. You can enjoy beautifully prepared dishes for less than A$5, with the chefs right in the middle of the action on the train track. A visit for a bite to eat is definitely worth it. We are regulars here and can't get enough of the good food and friendly atmosphere.

We decided on Sushi Train for a quick meal.Restaurant small so had to wait a while for a seat. Suggest arriving at about 6pm for 7.30pm to avoid waiting too long. We arrived at 7pm and had to wait about 20 minutes. Sushi was super fresh and amazing. A la Carte orders were delivered quickly. Quality of food was really very very good and lots of variety. Was surprised when we got the bill as the family ate a huge amount and was about $15 per head which I thought was great value given how much we ate and the quality of ingredients. Highly recommend.

This restaurant serves delicious sushi, and we enjoyed dining here twice during our stay. The grilled salmon nigiri, prepared with a flame torch, was particularly tasty. Additionally, a unique and unexpected event occurred when a train derailed and lost some carriages near the restaurant. It was a sight we had never witnessed before.

Best sushi I've had in a long time. Fantastic prices. Had takeaway this time but will definitely be back to dine in. My tip try the Tempura Prawn handroll (ask for fish roe on top), it's soooo good

Great sushi made while you watch. Free green tea. Monday nights and Tuesdays have discounted prices.
