At this point, everyone in the food industry needs some type of special training in food allergies. It wasn’t simple enough to say the person eating the cucumber rolls has an allergy to avocado and shell fish, please prepare and package this separate. I ASSumed a sushi place in this area would be risky! But something as simple as accommodating food allergies shouldn’t matter regardless of any location. This is barely Chinese and could never be considered an “authentic” Japanese restaurant. It’s simply an insult to the Japanese culture. The people that actually got to eat their meals, were sad. No tofu. No seaweed. Dry rice. Salty and dry beef “teriyaki”. Just sad. We are all just sad that we...
