I know this sushi shop since it opened. So far as I know it was the first in Freiburg. It is now for a long time in new surroundings: the main room has a moving sushi track with seats around but there are some tables, mainly outside in the covered shopping area. This is by far the most comfortable sushi place in freiburg. As regards the quality of the food it offers just the quality you get in these cheap places and which is in comparison with the price ok. I find this place slightly superior to the others in town. It offers a menu of 5 plates of sushi for ca. 12 Euro Dinner, 11 Euro lunch, if I remember well. this sushi bar in the center of Freiburg is a lot of time very crowded.I don't know why, maybe the cheap price.I travel a lot across europe and always check for a good sushi bar; always look for some good surprise they create with the sushi.This one has an average quality and is very cheap. The service is not the fastest and a lot of time the belt is quite empty.There is no surprise they want to give to their customer by creating some very good, creative/fantasy pieces. So really not my favorite in this town.
I was there on a Saturday for lunch. The place was full, but we still got a seat at the bar fairly soon after we arrived. Their menu for 10€ includes 5 plates, one miso soup and one green tea. The running band was continuously filled by the 2 chefs with new dishes, both warm and cold. It wasn't the best Japanese food I ever had, but quite good for that price. I will come back should I be hungry and in the area in the future.

This is one of the more and more frequent rather cheap chinese run Sushi Bars. For what you can expect for the price this one is satisfactory, together with the other one by the same owner it seems to me the best such establishment in town. If you want just an acceptable small meal, this is an adequate place.
We book a table and waited over an hour for our orders, we were not impressed given we book a table rather early as well. That said, food was good so we can only suggest you eat at the bar if you want to enjoy the whole experience not just the sushi. Staff was friendly and helpful at the beginning.
This is a very nice place, hidden from the busy street, to relax and have a quick sushi.For some odd reason they roll wassabi already with the sushi, which makes it difficult to eat for young children, but other than that, the sushi is good and the price is reasonable.
The best sushi shop in Freiburg. The staff is always beautiful, quality is super and the waiting time is always completely within the frame. All in all, the price-performance ratio fits completely!

Sushi quality is very good, variety is there but could improve, service is very attentive and quick. It's not cheap and they don't take cards so take a lot of cash with you :-)
Real Japanese sushi. It was amazing. It is worth going there again. It was very expensive.
