When the hamachi melts in your mouth, that’s when you know!Dined in at the sushi bar for my first experience at SushiGo, and it was top notch. Don’t expect much in terms of ambiance and that boca luxury, this is a extremely clean and organized establishment.Service was great, it seems like the servers knew the regulars by name, which was cool to see in this area.In terms of the quality, design, and taste of the sushi easily the best in the area, and you get what you pay for. Chef Joe seems like an artist. I’m willing to dish out for this level of sushi. If the prices scare you, SushiJoe just isn’t for you, but I would save up!Overall, a great experience and amazing food. Next time I’m going...

I went to dine at Sushigo yesterday with my date, and the food was good. It was unbelievable that the main chef kept the water running and didn 't close it. I asked him why didn 't he shut the water, and he said, It 's the Japanese way; I always need to get my hand wet because of the fish. I told him, We needed to care for the water, as the world has problems. He answered, My landlord charges me a lot for the water so that I will use it. When I get to the restaurant, I open the water and close it when I close the place. This is unbelievable, and for this reason, we are not going back because of his lack of care.

Very good traditional Japanese food. No Asian fusion, trying to please American palates, foolishness, but wildly expensive compared to Japan, where I lived for 25 years. The prices for food are about 2 to 3 times what they are in Japan and the prices for sake is about 3 to 5 times that of JapanFood: 5/5
