I discovered this hidden gem just outside of Jonesboro, ME. I had the beef bourguignon, which was delicious and served in generous portions. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple. If you have the opportunity to visit, it's definitely worth it! Just keep in mind that they are only open in the winter; during the summer, they operate their food trailer at local fairs. I'm looking forward to going back again!
Fantastic people in a cozy, homey atmosphere! I will definitely return for more pulled pork, and the beer selection guarantees it! I had the combo BBQ dinner featuring pulled pork, chicken, and brisket. The pulled pork was my favorite by far, and the sauces added an extra burst of flavor when needed. We will be back soon to explore more culinary creations and sample additional East Coast beers!
Excellent barbeque place. Nice little bar area with a bunch of micro brews. Great spot to eat, especially considering how remote it is. Only down side is they close in the summer to take their smoke wagon around the country.
