Our family comes here multiple times every month and always have a fantastic experience. Our kiddos (2 yrs old and 4 yrs old) literally beg us to go to Sweet Firefly as a 'family date '. The ice cream is always amazing and the flavors are unique and classy. It seems like there 's always a crowd there, but the line moves fast and the aesthetic is very family-friendly. One thing that always stands out is the friendliness of the staff. They aren 't your typical ice cream parlor with sleepy, bored-looking employees. The whole team there seem excited to work there and always go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. My favorite regular menu flavor is the Bourbon Vanilla, which is insane...
We absolutely love this place. Discovered it via Yelp reviews and are SO glad we did! It's almost as though we now look for reasons to go for some Ice Cream. I like that they encourage their customers to sample the different flavors. I haven't sampled a flavor I don't like yet! My Son loves the Kookie Monster the best and I must say that the cookies in it are so soft and taste as though they came fresh from the oven. My favorite so far is the Honey Lavender but the Orange Chocolate is right up there with it! The Staff is SO friendly and welcoming! The best ice cream around!! My husband and I live in Wylie and will drive all the way to Plano just to get ice cream from here. Staff is always so friendly and the line moves fast when it's busy. We just had a baby and can't wait until she is old enough for us to bring her here for her first ice cream experience! Highly recommend the sea salt caramel flavor!
Adorable ice cream shop with room for party reservations! The bourbon vanilla, lemon vanilla and kooky monster are divine....actually all of their flavors are delicious! Staff is super friendly and helpful. It's becoming a regular for us even though we don't live nearby!
