Il y avait une personne sur le personnel. Nous avons commandé le tofu-fa et je ne peux tout simplement pas comprendre comment quelque chose qu'ils avaient l'habitude de faire de manière cohérente si bonne, c'est maintenant tellement faux. Aqueux, poudreux et cassé. Où est-ce Silken, une texture brillante lisse que l'on peut cuiller dans des éclats de tofu doux et délicat avec le sirop de gingembre doux et épicé?

There was one person on staff. We ordered the tofu-fa and I just cannot understand how something they used to do consistently so right, is now so wrong. Watery, powdery and broken. Where is that silken, smooth glossy texture that one can spoon up in slivers of soft, delicate tofu with the sweet, spiced ginger syrup?
Not only did it take 15 minutes. They volunteered to make a second before setting it down onto the table.

Choix raisonnable des desserts asiatiques ici, mais un service tristement est assez lent les quelques fois où je suis ici car il n'y a qu'un seul employé à tout faire. Leur tau fu Fa (pudding caillé de haricot) est leur article le plus populaire et il est généralement très lisse et assez décent - l'avoir chaud est le meilleur. Cependant, juste aujourd'hui, l'un de leurs puddings était juste grumeleux et pâteux - et non comment il est censé être. Leur gelée de noix de coco était très agréable mais rafraîchissante et goûte comme de l'eau de coco.

Reasonable choice of Asian desserts here, but sadly service is quite slow the few times I've been here because there's only one employee doing everything. Their tau fu fa (bean curd pudding) is their most popular item and it's usually very smooth and pretty decent - have it hot is best. However, just today one of their puddings was just lumpy and mushy - not how it's supposed to be. Their coconut jelly was quite nice though - refreshing and tastes like coconut water.

terrible service but best tofu ever! The sweet tofu is soo cheap and delicious, the taste is so silky and I loved it sooo much I keep going there
