I had a disappointing experience at this boba place due to the rude staff and their poor customer service. As someone who works in a dental office, my time is quite limited. I decided to try this place for the first time during my lunch break, but as soon as I walked in, the staff smirked at me and then proceeded to ignore me, retreating behind a red curtain where they were just hanging out and laughing. I called out to them, but received no response. I wasted 15 minutes of my lunch waiting there and will not be returning.
We were really disappointed with our experience. We traveled from Orange County, and everything was different from what we expected. The caramel was mixed into the cup instead of being drizzled around the edges, and they didn’t have black boba, which was a letdown. Overall, it just didn’t meet our expectations.
This is the former location of the old Ding Tea Valencia boba shop! It seems like they have kept everything quite similar in terms of the drink menu, and I'm excited to see the new flavors and beverages they will introduce in the future! Personally, I'm a fan of their slushes and jasmine green milk tea!
Rang the bell and they took forever to come out and say hi. At least let me know you'll be coming instead of leaving the customer standing outside not knowing if they were going to be served. They also don't take Apple Pay for some reason. Drinks are overpriced and taste is inconsistent.

This place is amazing! The boba is not only fantastic, but the service is also a perfect 10/10. I didn't go with my usual order from other places, and they suggested something different that turned out to be incredible. I'm so grateful I decided to come here! Thank you!
Went there to see the ding tea and monster boba craze! Was thoroughly disappointed! Instead it tasted like sweet watery milk. As someone who regularly gets brown sugar milk tea, this was one of the worse one's. Gave three stars because the boba was a nice texture.
This is probably some of the best tea in the Valencia area. I've tried both the tea and juices, and I enjoy them both. What I really appreciate is the consistency. I usually order mine with half the sugar and probably add aloe vera.
The cup sizes have decreased by 30%. I recommend comparing them to other establishments in the area. It doesn’t seem reasonable to shrink the size, especially since the drinks are mainly ice. I won’t be returning here again.

Ding Tea is one of the more authentic chains near me, and I love that about it. I love the variety of traditional offerings, and the quality is high. However, even for simpler drinks, prices are more expensive.
