This restaurant has been through a lot of drama with public health inspectors. I remember eating there for the first time when they had a B. Then things began to go downhill when they got a C. After what seemed like an incredibly long time of sporting a C, they could somehow get an A. And to be honest, I'm proud that they work hard enough to get an A. (I guess it makes me a little less rough for eating in a former C-restaurant. I'm kidding. Compared to other Thai restaurants I was in the area, her restaurant is attractive. "After discovering their Instagram page for the first time, we were excited to try the food. We sampled the spring rolls (egg rolls), fish patties, Thai boat noodles, and pad see ew with beef. The service was excellent; our server took the time to explain the noodles, especially since I was hesitant to try them due to some people’s preferences. I still haven't dared to venture into the Thai boat noodles yet. The portion sizes were generous and definitely meant for sharing! I'm not usually a fan of Thai take-out, but I'll compare this place to other dine-in Thai restaurants, and it truly stands out! The lounge is beautifully decorated with trendy furniture like Nelson pendants and tulip chairs, along with stylish walls and charming characters like “Ice Baby” on their ice machine. Just one of the WORST places I have thrived in this decade. Absolutely terrible experience. food was not fresh, the beef was tasteless, probably frozen for some time; the Thai stew/soup was a watery mess; the server was replaced by a Latina dishwasher that not only asked us to hurry and leave, because others waited, but also demanded that we leave an additional tip after having already been on our party of three. My older father was so shocked by malnutrition, rude servants and the way we were treated that he almost cried. Seriously, what happened to this place? Sweets Thai gets a BIG FAT ZERO and we will never come again. EVER.
