The space was public restroom level disgusting. Not only were the floors and counters filthy, but there was trash overflowing from the trash cans, near the register, and on the floor. The staff were lounging behind the counter and no one bothered to lift a finger to clean. I went in and bought the frozen yogurt only because I had promised my little one we'd go there and everything else was closed. I was praying we didn't have food poisoning. One star because the yogurt tasted good and they had a pretty big selection of toppings.
I love sweet frogs and I’ve been to so many locations. This location is very disappointing. They only have about seven flavors and you aren’t even allowed to put your own toppings on. Their toppings are also very limited and the staff all look like they hate being there. It puts a damper on my experience. Will not be coming back. They also do not have a bathroom at all.
We were in the area, and the kids wanted to stop by. This place stands out from others as they still maintain COVID precautions. The staff added the toppings for us, which was part of the experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean. Additionally, there’s outdoor seating available, which is a nice touch. Another advantage is that it's conveniently located right next to a movie theater.

Walked in and there was nobody inside to take my order. Also they didnt have the original flavor. Dont go here!!
They need to enforce that younger children shouldn't touch the handles without gloves.
The food flavors didn't impress me; another restaurant offered better options.
If you like candy apples you have to try the green apple with caramel sauce
