"The concept is great, but the execution falls short. The portions are quite small for over $15, and the flavors just don't stand out. Furthermore, the drink selection is quite limited. I would much rather choose Chopt instead."

I ordered the Fish Taco Bowl from their website, which was supposed to have steelhead salmon in it. However, when I picked it up and got home, I found that there was no fish at all. I tried calling the restaurant, but nobody answered, and I was directed to text their customer service instead. I did that, but I never received a response. Ultimately, I ended up paying for a meal I didn’t get, and I had no way to address the issue. I was really disappointed with their customer service. However, after posting my experience, I finally received a text back from customer service, informing me that my account would be credited. Thanks, Google!

This salad chain provides a variety of tasty options crafted with premium ingredients and unique dressings. Everything is always fresh, which really distinguishes it from other salad chains. I'm so glad it has finally arrived in upper Westchester!
