I ordered the Fish Taco Bowl from Sweetgreen’s website, which was supposed to include steelhead salmon. However, when I picked it up and got home, there was no fish in my order. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered, and I was told to text their customer service instead. I did, but never received a reply. In the end, I paid for a meal I never received and had no way to resolve the issue. I was very disappointed with their customer service. After sharing my experience online, I finally got a response from customer service saying my account would be credited. Thanks, Google!
The last 3 times I?ve gone here my order was incorrect. Missing salad dressing, small portions, and now twice I?ve ordered a Buffalo Chicken Salad that did not come with any chicken. The employees have been friendly but clearly can?t be bothered toever make an order correctly, so I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing because I?ve been to multipleSweetgreens in NYC and SF that don?t seem to have the issues of this location.
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no one to call in store if your order is messed up or for any reason. It is beyond frustrating. People posing as DoorDash are stealing the orders on top of it all. And not being able to talk with someone, onlySMS texting, just doesn't cut it. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.
The idea behind Sweetgreen is excellent, but the delivery doesn't quite hit the mark. The portions are on the small side for prices above $15, and the flavors lack distinctiveness. Additionally, the drink options are rather limited. I'd prefer to go with Chopt instead.

Like their menu, sauce, concept but just POOR quality control. I found so much dirt and mud on the spinach on my salad bowl. Last time there were bugs on romaine. After experiencing those I don?t think I can eat from here again.
I was very please with my entire experience. Clean, many in help, no wait, polite, patient, but most of all a delicious healthy kale Ceaser salad! Couldn?t be happier than to have them in our town!
