This place is not great at all. I have gone many times and the service always is bad I have not once had a good customer service experience and I have been to this location over 7 times and today I had enough they over charged me like crazy I always get a Cesar salad with no tomato and add broccoli and sweet potato. Today they charged me 6 dollar for chicken and I told the lady oh made my order it?s a Cesar salad with some modifications and they charged me Custom and they didn?t fix that for me and I was nice the the lady I told hey you are charging me to much and said no we are not this and that but here is the receipt. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken. All was well until I got to the last bit of my salad. There was a beetle at the bottom of it!!! I went and told the employee who then told the manager. Neither one apologized . In fact, they seemed nonchalant as though it happens alot.The manager only apologized once I mentioned it. All the manager did was offer me a $15 gift card. I'd never eat here again!! I should've just requested my money back instead Update: Shortly after posting this, I reached out to the Sweet Green customer service line . The rep was really nice and apologized for the mistake. He even offered to refund my money. I was very thankful for tht.
I?ve always heard great things about the company and wanted to try it out since I?m new to the old town location. I was completely overcharged. I asked to substitute the chicken for the salmon and it was not done at all. I wanted light cilantro and ended up getting heavy cilantro. The guy said he didn?t hear me and still charged me for it along with extra dressing after asked did I want heavy or light. I wish he would of told me Parmesan Crisp were extra. Nothing was detailed after I said repeatedly this is my first time here. I hate that I?m left with a bad experience.
visit her family and look for vegan good seems difficult, but this place came through! they serve meat, but had many vegan options. the personal was super friendly and accommodating for our puzzling little child of the server who helped us seemed quite hard on something and could not remain concentrated, but the rest of the staff was quick to board and I noticed what the owner or manager talked to her about what seemed constructive criticism. overall we loved it and will be next time in the city.

Astrid at this location is a beautiful human being lol. I took my mama bear here for her first time so she had a lot of questions and took her time to decide what she wanted. Astrid was so professional and remained patient and helpful. She even whipped out a health book when asked a question about how much sugar was in one of the food items. 1st visit here and the experience was pleasant. Great customer service as the employees working that day were very helpful with laying out the manual. Other than the limited amount of seating and closeness to the serving line this place is recommend. To satisfy your taste buds and healthy lifestyle choices as well.
