Sweethope - Réservation de table

We were here for the Christmas lunch. Waited about 5 minutes before someone came to show us to our table. The food was lovely and the main course there was plenty of food on the plate. However when it came to our sweet we waited 45 minutes before it was served and that was with reminding the staff that we were still waiting for it. When it did come we did get a half heated apology from the waitress but it was like a big joke to her as she laughed as she apologised there was only 2 staff on that we could see and the lack of staff and the poor service spoiled the day for us

Service was great, seated and served by a lovely boy with a blue T-shirt on, didn’t catch his name was very polite, himsel and the young girl that was on looked rushed if there feet although it was busy yesterday, the place is great have being going for years, food was spot on as always. They need more staff as they two were rushed of their feet running around doing everything. Definitely will be back again.

Was there for lunch today to catch up with friends we found the meal very good especially the price the lady who served us was extremely helpful and cheery. We have been to this restaurant a few times over the years and find that the quality has never disappointed.

Had lunch with friends at Craig house. We were given a very warm welcome from the host Natalia on arrival and the customer service remained excellent throughout our visit. The food was excellent and very good value for money. Definitely recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

We had a fantastic evening and thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes. The service provided by both the management and staff was excellent. We plan on coming back many more times in the future. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious. The manager, Steven, is very friendly and engaging, making an effort to have a conversation with you. The atmosphere is lively with good banter.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. The manager greeted us warmly and the staff appeared to be happy to be working there. The service and food were excellent.

Food was amazing, staff couldn’t be more helpful, great atmosphere. Getting a box of chocolate for a birthday was a nice touch. Will definitely be back. Réservez une table maintenant
