I had to park on the street, and when I went to pay, the meter just said network error and wouldn't let me pay. Now I'm stuck paying a parking ticket for the city's mistake, for Grand Rapids' broken system.Parking: Horrible parking because of Grand Rapids' broken infrastructure. I have a parking ticket because the meter wasn't connected to the internet. Now I have to pay $30 for less than a half hour of parking, which should've been $1.75 and there's no way for me to appeal the ticket. The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I just wanted to grab a drink and head home. I didn't leave a tip for the server because I only ordered one drink and didn’t have much money to spare. She gave me an attitude when she saw I wasn’t tipping, which was unnecessary. As for the Thai milk tea, it tasted like watered-down food coloring. Overall, I'm not satisfied. I spent nearly $10 and received poor service along with a subpar drink. Thanks a lot, Sweet Water.
It is close to my work, so I come here very often. I can say every other day. Some times I sit there to study or work on something. Most I order coffee from the app and pick it up. Their americano, espresso, cappuccino, and latte are great. I don’t eat the pastries because I am on low carb diet. The service is always good except when it is busy where the online ordering is delayed.
This is definitely the best place for cold brew in Grand Rapids. The coffee is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly, and the wifi is strong enough for remote work without any connection issues. Plus, the natural light that fills the shop is amazing. Great little coffee/smoothie/boba shop. I stopped with my kids once and we all enjoyed our drinks, then I also went to a comedy show there the other weekend and the staff was great.
Walked in after being gone for three months and said I 'll take my usual and the barista Abby knew exactly what I wanted. Great service and great people work here
This is a very relaxed spot with excellent coffee! The dragon eye drink was robust and helped me power through the afternoon. It's a fantastic little place!

Great little coffee shop. Nestled in a quiet part of town but within walking distance from the downtown area. Good coffee and good pastries.
