I've come here for such a long time. Every visit has been pleasant. I never tip less than $20 regardless of what I purchase. There are a bunch of college kids, I like to tip them well. Most times they have to approve my tip with the manager because it's at a higher amount than the purchase. I've only received amazing service until yesterday. This girl was so rude to me and she stole my money. I was leaving the country club, my husband was in a tournament, and he gave me his winnings to shop for. I stopped by Swenson’s for a smoothie, and fries and to bless my server with a big tip (like always do). I ordered and gave her the money. She went inside, came out, and told me they couldn't accept...
This is a fun 50s style drive in dinner experience. Our server was AWESOME...quick, friendly, chatty and seemed to really enjoy his job. The order was brought to us correctly which seems to be a probably at some of the other quick service places we have been lately. Our main reason for coming was for some after dinner dessert...milkshakes! Their selection of flavors can't be beat...our party enjoyed the seasonal shake (caramel apple), grape (I really thought that would be disgusting, but it was pleasantly surprisingly good) and hot fudge peanut butter.Parking: You pull up to the spot...and the server runs out...order, then a short time goes by and they return with your food. Can't be any eas...
Ordered online. Drove there 10 mins later. Immediately let them know I placed an order online. 10 or 15 cars came, ordered, and left. I finally was able to waive someone down 45 minutes later..... and the same person that I told I had ordered online, asked if I was ready to order.... so I said no, I ordered online. He then handed me my bag of food. ice cold, soggy, and most likely sitting there for the entire hour. Waste of $30.i would have asked for a refund but I just wanted to get out of there.
Mylo was the absolute best server! He was so helpful and funny. I have been to a lot of different Swensons and Mylo was the absolute best server and Swensons experience I have had so far! If this Swensons was closer to me I would easily come back to this location more often just to have this great of an experience again. You're the best Mylo!

We had lunch here after picking my son up from the airport. We both ordered the fried bologna sandwich and the potato tezzers, which were delicious with ranch dipping sauce. Tristan provided excellent service too. This is the third Swenson's I've visited in the Columbus area, and it never disappoints!
The milkshake literally tasted like something caught fire in it or their were chemicals in it and the galley boy was soggy. I'm from Akron and had high expectations since I grew up with Swensons but this location was the worst I've had
My sandw was very messy and cold . Paid extra fora soggy tom . Onion ring tasted like they were cooked last week . Over cooked and cold . For the price I expect alot better food than this . Dont think I will go back
Mylo was my server. He showed great kindness to us when serving the food and made sure to frequently check on us and make sure we are ok. Best serving I’ve had in my life ?

My single was dry. Fried zucchini was hot and fresh. Service was good. Maybe get the double pattie next time. I didn't get a milkshake this time but they are very good!
My sever mylo absolutely made my day with his kindness! My order came out very fast and sufficiently. Definitely coming back.
