We had family in town and ordered takeout for the first time. We eat at this restaurant regularly and are always pleased with the food and service. We ordered the family platter and 25 smoked wings. Must have been an off night because there was only two pieces of brisket, and they completely left out the ribs. Kinda disappointing for a meal that costs over $125. We'll continue to frequent this restaurant, but will be sure to check any takeout orders at checkout in the future.
Let me start off by saying this place has the best barbecue food I've tasted in South carolina. I've lived here now for almost 18 years and none of the other restaurants even come close. We got the family feast which included six different meats and all of them are delicious. If I could get this place 10 Stars I would! Without a doubt as in my new favorite restaurant in town.
I had read the reviews for this place, and thought it was worth a visit and it sure was! The food is extremely delicious, and the meat literally just melts on your tongue. I also had the pleasure of having Megan as my waiter, and she did an amazing job, and added a lot of humor into the serving really impressive, considering how she ran around doing a 2 persons job!
My husband and I visited for lunch while on vacation, and we tried the brisket and pulled pork. The meat was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor—definitely the best we've ever had! The ribs and wings were mouthwatering good! They had me as soon as I stepped out of the car and smelled the smoke. Even their macaroni and cheese was delicious. The service couldn't get any better! It's a must stop eatery! Your taste buds will thank you for it!
Outstanding service and generosity! This restaurant went above and beyond by donating delicious food to our local charity group The Point Is. The quality was top-notch, and their commitment to the community is truly commendable. Highly recommend!
Omigoodness! $12 for half a chicken and three sides! It was today's special and absolutely delicious. We all needed take-home containers. The baked potato salad is my favorite side. Joanne our server, is delightful!,
