the service was terrible, i’m not one to leave reviews and especially not of restaurants as i’m a waitress myself but we were told a waitress would be over to take our order and nobody came after 30 minutes one of our party went up to order, both of our orders were cold and took a while to come out which would be understandable but there was only one other table in the restaurant so they weren’t overly busy, tables were left dirty with plates on till the table was needed and the menu looked like a toddler had wiped their grubby hands all over it, didn’t feel very covid secure.
As they have just been added on just eat, I decided to give them a try rather than who I would usually go to. The cookie dough was a little more expensive but not far off what I would normally pay. I regretted my decision as soon as it turned up, the cookie dough was tiny (really thin layer) and consequently it hard and burnt. It was disgusting to eat as all you could taste was the burnt part at the bottom of the tray. If you think of trying these out I would honestly urge you to try another dessert place which will be more 'delightful than these.
Our visit yesterday was somewhat disappointing whereas we've previously enjoyed our visits to Swirly Joe's. Upon arriving, we noted the smashed window at the front of the restaurant and inside, the decor looked a bit tired and in need of freshing up. The seat covers on the tub chairs also looked tacky. On previous visits, we've enjoyed the atmosphere in Swirly Joe's, however, yesterday it really was a bit bland. The crepe machine was also out of order! I hope they manage to sort themselves out as this used to be a gem of restaurant.
Bright, spacious, friendly staff, much more peaceful than the other major dessert restaurant in Worcester, and the food is delicious! Such a wide choice of desserts and drinks, and the service has always been very quick. I’ve never had any problems here (though the menus are old and could probably do with replacing because they’re looking a bit tatty, though that’s such a minor problem it doesn’t matter!

We visited for the first time in June and could not have had a better visit, we could not wait to go back so set out with friends and family, the food was staggered one person ate before the rest arrived, we chased the staff and just got told “it’s coming!” the staff were rude and everything was far too much bother, will not be rushing to go back, especially when creams is round the corner, very sad.
I visited Swirly Joe's recently and was very impressed. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and made me feel happy and safe with their Covid-19 precautions. The prices and quality of food was good. I am a wheelchair user and found it very accessible with good disabled facilities. I look forward to coming back for more Nutella Crepes and Waffles, they were amazing!! Thank you, Dominic.
Visit was a let down compared to previous visit before lockdown. The staff were lovely when first ordering , We ordered a sundae but the ice cream had melted within minutes so it resembled cold soup with bits of rock hard chocolate pieces inside , the inside looks tired and the same song played on repeat the whole time we were there. A real shame as we loved out first visit .
First time there and will never come again. Rude staff, very bad food. Ordered a tea, twice I was given cold water! I dont know if they know how to operate a kettle. When complained, the staff just shrugged and walked away when I was midsentence. AC blasting and the whole place is freezing. People sit in jackets, leave in 10 or 15 minutes. Not recommended.

Had heard good things about it so decided to try it while in Worcester. We were not disappointed. It was excellent. Great service staff very helpful. Menu was good lots of choice. Kids loved it. Food was delicious an excellent experience
The staff were very welcoming and Covid guidelines were observed very well. The desserts came very quickly and were both yummy and well priced . Perfect stop for an afternoon or evening snack
