Went in tonight with my mother and 5 year old son. My son picked up a strawberry boba ball and I told him to not touch the toppings but to go ahead and eat the item since he already touched it. I asked the girl behind the counter what it was about 3x to which she rudely replied it's written on the spoon! Then went back behind the curtain and told the owner my son touched the item so she came out with a new container of boba balls. As we paid the owner stood there with her hands crossed and stared down my 5 year old son for what seemed like forever. My mom told her she didn't need to be so rude, she could at least smile. And she didn't budge! Not coming back here again
There aren't many flavors at this froyo shop, it's also pretty cramped in there. When I first walked in the manager greeted me and was super nice but once I asked for sample cups she began to side eye me when getting them. Figuring out their flavors is also super annoying. Before I go in, I want to see what flavors they have for the week. They only post their flavors on twitter which is super annoying because I don't have an account and am not going to sign up just to see the flavors. This place has totally lost my business
Some things never change I came back here as my daughters and their few friends wanted ice cream and I couldn't say no since they were kids. Rude, gross, and gave us a sloppy one with no napkins, melted and skimped us. How are you all in service still? Because you paid other reviewers to write high reviews?
Fun frozen yogurt shop, with the *widest* array of toppings I've ever seen. Fun vibe, delicious flavors of frozen yogurt, friendly staff. It helped transform (in my kids' minds) a long museum visit we had just finished into a happy memory. A reasonable spoonful of sugar for the win!
