I normally have a good meal and always good service, but the last 3 times I have picked up my online order or ordered through the takeout, I have seen kitchen staff with masks down over their nose, or completely off their face while preparing meals. I understand how difficult it must be to have to wear a mask all shift, but I need to see that my food is being prepared safely, otherwise I have to go somewhere else to eat. Specially with this new omicron variant present
bad experience my wife ordered pepsi and got diet,Asked the server why it died when she ordered regular pepsi and her answer was if they had ordered them regularly they were ordered to die; but my wife did not order. I have a Caesar salad and it was the poorest and smallest salat we ever had, we have a plate between us for double order, if wing and salat. never. another pearl. that was Thursday 5:00 o'clock 21. april 2022.
the last four times I ordered, there was a problem here. foamed objects in the order are unacceptable several times. there was even a time when I received an expired package of ribs in my order. is not back to mount pearl location
Great food, me and my girlfriend loved it but it made me fardeded out of my toushie... sad... 5 stars though lol. We are DEFINITELY going to Netflix and chill after this because the waitress asked if we would! Everyone's doing it! Réservez une table maintenant
my favorite Swiss chalet location in nl. the restaurant is always clean and tidy. server and hosts are always very friendly and provide fast service. and the eating best hues in the city! always hot and tasty. 10/10!
Salad wasn’t good at all! Suppose to be a Caesar salad, lol was just a bit of lettuce in a plastic container. Four buns that was suppose to come with meal wasn’t there.
Great place to go for a meal of Chicken,ribs, I love the Chalet sauce for dipping chicken. The staff are very friendly,service is awesome. Feels like home.
