I came to the Chilliwack Swiss Chalet a while back with my dear mother. We were both somewhat excited because, up until this visit, neither of us had ever been to a Swiss Chalet restaurant. After seeing commercials for many years touting their "fall off the bone" ribs, I was very much looking forward to sinking my teeth into some. Unfortunately, by the end of our visit, we were quite disappointed.First things first, the interior of Swiss Chalet is your standard modern family restaurant-type setting. When this location first opened we tried delivery and found the process frustrating. They now have it all figured out. If it doesn't arrive within the promised time it's free. Ours arrived in less than 25 minutes and we are at least 10 minutes away from the restaurant. The person who took our order was polite and efficient. I did try to order online but the coupon code wasn't recognized online but the lady who took our order figured it out. The cheese loaf as an appy is yummy! It was a nice change from pizza or Chinese. There is a delivery charge on top, so just be prepared for that.

I have never been to a Swiss Chalet before but have seen their adverts on the TV. It was a very interesting experience. The food was just like you see on the TV, plentiful and well cooked. The half chicken was generous and tasty but the fries were overcooked and boring. The staff were bright and cheerful and very helpful. It was really busy with a steady stream of customers going in and out so it may be worth booking. If you are looking for a freshly cooked, filling meal it certainly fits the bill and the price is just right.

After waiting forever to get our food, it was cold. We were not happy and sent the food back. When we got our food again it was like they stuck it in a microwave. It was rubbery and gross. We got up and left. Management did not seem to care in the least that we were put out. We will never return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Having driven through the Rockies a good meal was needed. Swiss Chalet is almost guaranteed to please. Staff friendly food perfect washrooms clean. Serving time quick. Meals cooked perfect. Fries perfect. I would return to this location if ever we are near.

very concern when I was waiting for my order at the take out counter on July 20,2017 a dog was barking in the kitchen is this comply with Company policy? Also didn't receive my receipt for making comments.

went 3 times in 2 weeks! had the spring rolls, which were really good, then had wings and ribs, really really good, and then a 1/4 chicken!!! BCAA members get a discount!
