Swiss Chalet - Réserver une table

Walked in at 6:15 to treat my 15yr old daughter to a father daughter dinner which we have not done in a while due to covid. We were seated promptly, however, when i asked to substitute a dessert pie for a salad (dietary needs) in the most expensive combo on the chicken menu I was told flat out no. The explanation was because the price difference wasn 't even close (the difference between the pie and the salad is actually 1.50 and they wanted me to pay upwards of 6 dollars for the salad). The waitress who then identified herself as the manager on duty, took our drink orders to give me time to think about my order. When she returned i attempted to ask her what the difference would be to order...

Very disappointed with my first visit since the lock. I asked for a pull-out box for my kids and me. The door went out and turned quickly to go back, went out of the table for less than 15 seconds and the only thing missing from our table was the To go Box. All dirty dishes were there. They asked the staff, and they all prepare it out. What a waist of food and money. The general sense would begin to delete the table, but do not just take the box to go and leave any other thing on the table. Lose a kid's dinner with pizza. Only one square is missing. A whole piece of white chicken lost.

When you try to support local and it always backfires. Missing items, overcooked items and the last straw was waiting for 1.5 hours for my delivery that was charged against my credit card only to be told the restaurant wasn't actually opened. Their policy is to just give a credit not a refund even if they don't actually give you the food you ordered.Sorry, lost a long time customer. I'll go to the other rotisserie chicken place right across the street from now on. I don't give my money to a lack of customer service.

Ordered online and pickup was ready within 15 minutes. It was easy to signal our arrival through their confirmation email, and the staff was out with the order within a couple minutes. Food was fresh and well packaged as it stayed hot for the drive home. Only negative feedback (for head office) is that the new rolls they have are not as good as their old recipe.

mostly good service and good food throughout the week at this place. Not on Sat. What happened? About cooked chicken, dry french fries and to complete it, terrible service. Hardly time to look at the appetizers when the entry came before us. If we're back, it won't be the weekend!

Very bad experience at this point. The food always took out, and only hafe our table served ten minutes later the other hafe.(Table of 5) that the pommes were cold and vegetables were not cooked or even warm. We had to ask for everything, including the children's menu.

Terrible food quality, frits completely dried and chicken dry. After checking the entrance, a pick-up order of 1730 was prepared in the afternoon at 251. I hope we don't end up with food poisoning. Will never use this place again.

Worse Swiss chalet ever!!! brought my family of 20 people for an engagement dinner, the waitress was extremely rude, the food was barley cooked, they ran out of dark meat, just overall a horrible experience!

Foods pretty good sometimes it's not the best. Takeout staff are a hit or miss sometimes there nice sometimes they can wait for you to leave overall place is mediocre

chicken sandwich is 20 dollars and tiny. not worth the money at all.
