Harvey's Serving Swiss Chalet Chicken

We were regular customers at the Bowmanville Swiss Chalet ...last 2 times we went ...we had this real slow waitress....I believe her name is Linda...she's not friendly with a sourpuss face. She never once came back to our table to ask if we wanted something..my husband kept signalling her to come to our table as he wanted to order mayo and she ignored him...we know she saw him trying to get her attention but she pretended to look elsewhere. We've been to the swiss chalet on Stevenson Road ...service is much better and we will change location. If you are short of staff...pls hire people...your Swiss Chalet is going downhill these days.

Disgusting, bathrooms were filthy....durty diapers and paper towels all over floor. Both tiolets were full of excrement, not the employees fault but that if the filthy trolops that left the mess but they had not been cleaned all day most likely. This is a Harvey's/Chalet co-restaurant.....Chicken was almost inedible due to dried out. Freezing cold, inside yet temp outside was7 degrees. Service is so damn slow, burger was cold from sitting on prep tray, had them make a fresh one. Not impressed.

Our family likes to go to Swiss Chalet for dinner once in a while. The food is average and the service is average. The menu has a lot more to choose from then it use to. The chicken usually tastes good but the last two times I was here the soup was cold and I had to send it back to be microwaved . Over all it was an ok experience

Great food and service. We have been to quite a number of Swiss Chalets restaurants in Ontario and this is the best one that we have been to.

Standard Swiss Chalet food. Have eaten both Harveys and Swiss Chalet here...they do not offer the Roast Beef option.
