Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I ordered delivery from Swiss Chalet and the order came much faster than expected. Unfortunately the call centre that had taken the order had mixed it up and there were some missing items in the delivery. I called the restaurant and the manager fixed the problem quickly and courteously, and even added some extra stuff in free of charge. The delivery was quick and timely again and a possibly bad experience was turned into a great one thanks to the management and delivery! Will definitely continue to order delivery from this restaurant.

With the place only having 5 tables of people we waited and waited for 10 minutes while our supposed waitress saw us. She cashed out 2 tables before walking over to kiss a baby of a friend of hers. No drink order no food order. We walked out after asking to speak to the Mgr who said she was on break. What a lame place. Do. Not. Bother.

We went to Swiss Chalet today for supper. We were escorted into the restaurant quickly and the waitress was there within minutes. We ordered and the food came out promptly. The orders were correct and the food was good. I had the quarter chicken dinner with caesar salad.

We love dining here..service is always excellent, never had to wait long for food..the new location is perfect! Servers are wonderful! Always feel welcomed and food is always absolutely satisfying!

I absolutely love the rotessrie chicken at Swiss chalet. I usually order the half chicken with balsamic rice. I love the chicken soup too.
