Swiss Holiday Park

We went to the Swiss Holiday Park for the first time with our children aged 2 and 4 months. The hotel is located at the top (good to know when there is snow) otherwise easy to reach and super nice surroundings. There are many playgrounds throughout Morschach. Hotel room was very clean, everything was already in the room such as baby cot, toilet seat etc. If something was missing we could get it. Adventure pool super great. Play area for the children was very popular. Unfortunately there was only 1 restaurant open which wasn't a tragedy, the breakfast buffet was great, the children's buffet (VP) was very varied and great. We only visited the spa and pool, not the hotel itself. Cool facilities, a lot to do and very clean and well maintained. However hospitality at the reception was very underwhelming, woman named Esther was quite unhelpful and rather rude, which ruined the otherwise good experience for us.

We had a nice, renovated, clean room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Wellness area is for adults only was very nice and relaxing. food was very tasty. The hotel itself is highly recommended but not exactly cheap.

Top for young and old, with all the chicanery , swimming pool, hostel, daycare for little urchins from 3 to 7

Not Hotel Appartments!!!!! We had to pay 120 for cleaning Everything cost extra
