Food is good here but twice in a row they messed up part of the order. The young man who took the order over the phone read our order back to me to make sure it was right, it was, but when the food arrived, part of the order was messed up again. I rang and very politely said I 'm really sorry but I do have a complaint . I was met with a very rude, curt and arrogant Yeah, yeah, what? You want to improve your business? Then don 't speak to customers like that. We will not order from them again. So very disappointed in that attitude.
On October 1st, I placed an order for two pieces of fish, a potato cake, and two scallops. One piece of fish was grilled, while the other was broken. Having been in the restaurant industry for many years and living in Chirnside Park, I found the grilled piece of fish to be quite disappointing; it was shriveled and not appetizing at all. The other piece was overcooked and falling apart. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. I could have easily purchased better fish from the supermarket and cooked it myself.
Today, we ordered grilled flake, fish souvlakia, 2 dim sims chips cost $21 not happy with the size of the flake. Flake was maybe 50mm wide, 15mm thick (at most) and 200mm long. It was like a long thin fish fillet. We haven’t been here for a long time as the past few times the fried fish and potato cakes and been soaked in oil, and unbeatable.
