The food in Sydney is PHENOMENAL. We at Sydney 's casual, for a wedding tasting, during our sample dinner, for a group brunch, and they have our entire wedding. Every time I had something else, and every time I got through how delicious everything was. Due to feedback, I think my 100 wedding guests would match the quality of the food drink. I live in New York City, where different cuisine and quality levels are at my fingertips, and I am pretty confident that the food in Sydney's tops is all. You could serve the grass that grows out, and I'm sure it's still the best meal I ever had. Seriously, do yourself a favor and TRY DIESER FOOD! Sydney drove like a well-oiled machine. The owner, Erin is efficient, pragmatic, EXTREMELY hard working, no nonsense and creepy. Some may not vote, but what you may not see is how their direct attitude and relationship with their employees this business is really as successful as it is. The ship would sink without them. My husband I hired Sydney for the catering for our wedding, and what we received was so much more. We have an incredible, professional and friendly staff. We have the most amazing food. And we have the woman who literally made everything possible Erin. There were a lot of moving parts to our wedding a 'Hinterhof' wedding that required everything to bring in, from the cutlery to the tent and Erin treated it ALL. She made every detail feel like it was her top priority this day. She helped us save money wherever possible, and gave us a good advice to make sure our wedding went without a hatch. And when there was WAS a headline (and believe me, there was a couple), Erin was the first in the scene to correct the problem. Thank you, Erin. David, the staff and all Sydney to make our wedding weekend at the most incredible time of our lives. I cannot recommend this place enough!
This is by far my favorite restaurant in the Hamptons. The food, whether in the prepared case to go a sit-down menu or a pack, is consistently excellent. Sydney even tortured our wedding and went over and over the call to be just a cater. I can't recommend it enough.
