Symphonies des Crepes

We drove into Vire looking for somewhere to grab something to eat and found this lovely place. They were busy and we hadn't booked so the only table they had left for 6 of us was a table al fresco but that was fine, it was a pleasant evening. Wanted to try something that we don't usually have at home, we tried the galettes or flat-cakes and they were absolutely superb. Reasonably priced and really friendly and attentive staff. We didn't sample any of the sweet crepes on this occasion so the perfect excuse to go back again merci beaucoup

Stopped off for a quick snack. Needed to sit outside as we had our dog with us. She was the centre of attention & the staff even brought her a bowl of water without being asked. We had a light lunch which was very tasty. We noticed it was very busy & seemed to be frequented by lots of locals. I noticed a very smart older lady dining there on her own - when she had finished the waiter walked her 100 yards up the road to her house - very sweet

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. There were 11 of us in our party and we all sampled the crepes and ice creams on the varied menu. The waiter was particularly welcoming and helpful. This was the only restaurant we could find open on Sunday. The food was amazing and is definitely worth another visit.

We visited early evening and enjoyed two excellent savoury crepes. Mine was chorizo and onions while my wife enjoyed chicken. We split a sweet crepe and also enjoyed a sweet crepe between us. Genuinely friendly staff.

we have had several great lunches here, good food and a nice location. They look after families well. Service can be a little slow for some at busy times, but when they are busy, they ARE busy!
