I am flabbergasted and obsessed with this place. I feel like I?ve uncovered a hidden gem that I need to share with everyone. 10.99 for a massive bowl of spicy beef sliced noodle soup. The staff is really lovely, their service and ambience makes the food taste even better. I could eat at this place forever. The manager saw me struggling to put my soup in a takeout container and she came over and did it for me without me even asking? just wow. I?ve never experienced service this amicable anywhere. There were only two people working front of house with around 4-5 tables of 4 people constant Uber Eats orders and they both absolutely killed it. So so so happy with this place. If you prefer a good amount of protein in your soup, then I would suggest asking for extra. Trust me, they do not hold back ? P.S: The picture of the takeout container is after I finished half of the bowl.
Really good food at SNB. They make their carbs really good - the noodles and even the decreasing skin is resilient! That? was absolutely beautiful with a light garlick cattle broth. We ordered the large bowl and it was more like a huge pot of noodles (determined for sharing). The seaweed salad was a good starter with a brownish light spice. The Cumin-Cauliflower was another hit with us. Not too much of a fan of the?? because there are most bones and a bit on the salty side. We enjoyed everything else!
I love this house special handmade spinach noodle with beef bowl!! The beef was so tasteful and the noodle was not so softened. A complaint is the waiting period as my friends and I waited for about 50' to have the court. I'm not sure if they have a management system or not, but we had to ask the court for the 2nd and 3rd time to have the courts fully brought out.
This is THE BEST noodle bowl I have ever had. The staff is friendly and fast. The noodle are soft and fresh. The broth is spicy and distinct. This meal will fill you up for the day for $10-$12. I am so thankful for them. If you love fresh vegetables and fresh noodles, with a flavourful broth? please try them!
